Medal "For Courage on fire" - departmental medal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, established by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation № 50 dated January 24, 2001. The medal is circular silver 32 mm in diameter with raised rim on both sides. On the front side of the plotting of a firefighter helmet with crossed axes on the laurel wreath. Above them horizontally in three lines is the inscription "For Valour on fire." On the flip coin inscription "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation." All images and inscriptions are convex. The medal is attached by a loop and a ringlet to pentagonal block, covered with a maroon color moire ribbon. At the edge of the strip of white tape applied and cornflower blue to 1 mm, respectively. Tape width 24 mm.
