Medal "300 years of the Baltic Fleet" - departmental medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation , which was established by order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation № 160 of May 16, 2003 .
The medal is made of silver metal , has the shape of a circle 32 mm in diameter with raised rim on both sides. The obverse of the coin: in the center - the relief in the form of the rostral column , on the right - the relief of the Navy ( Andrew ) of the flag of the Russian Federation; embossed inscription in a circle on the left side - "THE BALTIC FLEET ", in the center - a two- lines: " 300 years." On the flip side of the coin in the center - the relief image of the emblem of the Navy ; embossed inscription in a circle at the top - " Ministry of Defense ", at the bottom - "Russian Federation" .

Medal by the ear and connected to a pentagonal ring block , covered with silk moire ribbon width of 24 mm . On the left edge of the tape orange band width of 10 mm edged black stripe width of 2 mm, right - the equal- blue and white stripes , the middle of the white band - two red stripes width of 2 mm .
