Red Cross Decorations Type I (with coat of arms and years)

This medal was awarded in gratitude to people who provided aid and care to the wounded and sick during the Balkan Wars and other wars.

Instituted 1913. Type I. In silver gilt, a red enamelled cross with a superimposed coat of arms of Montenegro, on a white enamel field, surrounded by a green enamel wreath, the reverse features the inscription ЗА УСЛУГЕ ЦРНОГОРСКОМ ЦРВЕНОМ КРСТУ 1912-13 (For Services to the Montenegro Red Cross 1912 1913)
